This two-story cottage features three bedrooms and two and one-half baths. Pools, hot tub and beach boardwalk are a few steps from your door. Unit amenities include ceiling fans, washer and dryer, DVD/VCR and cable TV. Balconies are on both floors provide an angled beach view. This duplex unit features a connecting door - rent both sides and bring the entire family or reserve one side only for a smaller group. Bedding: King bed in master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom and double-single bunk bed in third bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin rollaway is also provided. Non-smoking.

Cottage Policies

A non-refundable reservation fee of $35 and a $300 deposit are required for each cottage reserved. The full rent is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Duplex rates are quoted per side.

Rates are subject to 5% Resort Fee, 8.5% Lodging Tax and Departure Cleaning Fee. Cleaning fees vary by unit.

Check-In Time is after 4:00 P.M.

Check-Out Time is before 10:00 A.M.

Cottage rental period is for a minimum of 3 nights during fall and winter, 4 nights during spring and summer, except when the weekly minimum applies.

Cottage rental is for a minimum of one week (Saturday – Saturday) between May 24 and August 2.
