A View for all Seasons

This comfortable cottage is convenient to pools, hot tub, boardwalk leading to the beach and offers an angled view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Both floors have balconies and unit amenities include cable TV, DVD/VCR and a washer and dryer. The unit features three bedrooms and a loft and two and one-half baths. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed; there is a queen bed in the second bedroom and a double-single bunk bed in the third. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and there is a rollaway in the loft. A queen fold-up bed is also provided. Non-smoking.

Cottage Policies

A non-refundable reservation fee of $35 and a $300 deposit are required for each cottage reserved. The full rent is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Duplex rates are quoted per side.

Rates are subject to 5% Resort Fee, 8.5% Lodging Tax and Departure Cleaning Fee. Cleaning fees vary by unit.

Check-In Time is after 4:00 P.M.

Check-Out Time is before 10:00 A.M.

Cottage rental period is for a minimum of 3 nights during fall and winter, 4 nights during spring and summer, except when the weekly minimum applies.

Cottage rental is for a minimum of one week (Saturday – Saturday) between May 24 and August 2.
