Situated on the eastern boundary of Gulf Shores Plantation, Plantation East features three, 3-story buildings set perpendicular to the beach and a 5-story building running parallel to the beach which is located north of the 3-story buildings. Plantation Policies

A non-refundable reservation fee of $35 and a $150 deposit are required for each condominium reserved.

Rates are subject to 5% Resort Fee, 8.5% Lodging Tax and Departure Cleaning Fee. Sunsuite and 1 bedroom @$59+tax; Sunsuite with loft and 2 bedrooms @ $69+tax; 2 bedrooms with loft and 3 bedrooms @ $79+tax.

Check-In Time is after 4:00 P.M.

Check-out Time is before 11:00 A.M.

Condominium rental period is for a minimum of 3 nights from May 20 to September 1. A longer minimum applies for the 4th of July weekend.

Condominium rental period for 2 bedrooms with loft and 3 bedrooms if for a minimum of one week (Saturday – Saturday) between June 14 and July 26.
