Plantation West features two 3-story buildings and a lushly landscaped courtyard with two pools, a kiddie pool and a whirlpool. Two bedrooms, two bath units and two bedroom, two bath loft units are located in a building running perpendicular to the beach and offer east and west views. Sunsuite (studio), one bath and Sunsuite with loft units face south and overlook the courtyard to the beach beyond. Loft units are located on the third floor of each building. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available.

Plantation Policies

A non-refundable reservation fee of $35 and a $150 deposit are required for each condominium reserved.

Rates are subject to 5% Resort Fee, 8.5% Lodging Tax and Departure Cleaning Fee. Sunsuite and 1 bedroom @$59+tax; Sunsuite with loft and 2 bedrooms @ $69+tax; 2 bedrooms with loft and 3 bedrooms @ $79+tax.

Check-In Time is after 4:00 P.M.

Check-out Time is before 11:00 A.M.

Condominium rental period is for a minimum of 3 nights from May 20 to September 1. A longer minimum applies for the 4th of July weekend.

Condominium rental period for 2 bedrooms with loft and 3 bedrooms if for a minimum of one week (Saturday – Saturday) between June 14 and July 26.
